Infrastructure and monitoring engineer/Site Reliability Engineer

 

We need someone who’ll help us scale our resources, build infrastructure to intelligently monitor and scale plus ensure that services like Bencher work great. Ideally they’d have knowledge in Go. We plan on growing Bencher to benchmark every single Go repository on earth and be able to scale this so that the longest operation takes us only as much as we can’t parallelize. We need hermitically sealed compute instances as well as isolation building.

Minimum qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure technologies.
• Software development experience in Go, C++, or Python.
• Experience with Cloud-SQL and Bigtable.

About the job

This role requires the ability to provide solutions to critical issues within the backend. To handle CI-CD, deployment pipeline and the ability to simplify things.

You should also be able to answer perhaps how one would implement calculating-31-4-trillion-digits-of-archimedes-constant-on-google-cloud

Responsibilities

Help compliment the team’s effort by driving collaboration and execution of projects. Lead designs of major software components, systems, and features. Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.
