Product Manager

 

You’ll lead and own our various products, coordinate with engineering, bring ideas to fruition, lay out product strategies plus go to market strategy. As a product manager you should understand how to organize problem statements into a vision that diverse technical staff can all huddle around to solve customer problems and build innovative solutions.

Minimum qualifications

• Experience taking influential products from idea to MVP to commercialization
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with engineering teams, marketing teams, customers and executives
• Software management skills and development methodologies
• Ability to analyze a product and detail the steps needed to successful build it
• Trade-off analyses
• Strong user experience and advocacy

Responsibilities

• Help build a team and cultivate innovation by driving cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams
• Lead designs of major software components, systems, and features
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise.
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards
• Take products from water cooler banter all the way to production
